Day 1: ARRIVAL  Q ENTEBBE.
Arrival of your flight at Entebbe International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by our company representative outside customs and immigration hall and transferred to your hotel. Check in assistance, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: entebbeQKISORO (02h15) (batwa village tour).    
After an early breakfast and check out, you will be picked and transferred to Entebbe Airport for your scheduled Aerolink flight to KISORO, landing at Kisoro Airstrip, where you will meet your driver guide and transfer to your lodge for check in. Relax and enjoy your surroundings and lunch. This afternoon, you will depart for the Batwa village tour.  You will get a glimpse of the daily life of the pygmies.

The Batwa who are the original human inhabitants of UWA park a Forest Reserve, have now been moved out of the Forest and taken on the responsibility of guarding this forest. They will give you briefing and a demonstration of their lives including hunting, harvesting and way of life. This is followed by guided nature walk led by the Batwa as your local guides since they are the true experts of this environment. This forest reserve is a fantastic birding destination with an estimated record of 150 species of birds. Variety of flora and fauna and a few primates can be spotted during the nature walk.

You will return to the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

NB: Batwa walk is a vertical steep climb so you will need to wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Carry water to drink.

LAKE CHAHAFI RESORT – (FB: – Bed and Breakfast, lunch, Dinner).

Day 3: NYAKAGEZI (GORILLA TREKKING) – unpredictable time.

After an early breakfast, you will be driven to the park headquarters for your gorilla trekking briefing. You will then set off for the mountains gorilla trekking inside the Bwindi forest. You will need to carry drinking water, rain jacket and jungle boots while the rangers will provide you with a walking stick.

After tracking, come back to the lodge for late lunch. The afternoon will be at leisure to rest and enjoy the amazing scenery. Dinner and overnight stay.

LAKE CHAHAFI RESORT – (FB: – Bed and Breakfast, lunch, Dinner).

Day 4: (OPTIONAL 2nd GORILLA TREKKING / GOLDEN MONKEYS or OPTIONAL FOREST WALK or CANOE).

On this day you will have optional activities, you could choose to trek the Gorillas for the second time, go for golden monkeys or enjoy a Forest walk or choose to relax at the lodge today and enjoy the amazing scenery a canoe experience. Dinner and overnight stay.

LAKE CHAHAFI RESORT – (FB: – Bed and Breakfast, lunch, Dinner).

Day 5:  BWINDI QENTEBBE (03h00) QDEPART.
Breakfast at the lodge and check out. Transfer to the airstrip in Kihihi for your scheduled flight to Entebbe in order to catch your outbound flight.

– In case of non-availability, we may have to reroute and provide alternative accommodation at lodges of similar category.

– Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space.

– All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them throughout their travel.

Payment Policy

100% payment for the gorilla track permits is required upon confirmation (Uganda-US$ 700. – each permit, per track) (Rwanda –US$ 1,500. – each permit, per track).

30% of other services is also required at the time of booking. The balance or final payment is due 90 days prior to the commencement of your trip. If the reservation is made within 75 days of commencement, full payment is required at the time of confirmation
